Around 2011 a friend of Earl’s suggested the idea of making a Cheap Booze T-Shirt. I decided on a straight forward black and white graphic of the Bottle. I began trying out different arrangements of a few simple elements: the bottle, the original Cheap Booze placard sign, and the brick pattern of the supporting wall.
